Yoga and Mindfulness Events

Come and enjoy yoga time together with one or all of your family.

All ages babies and up are most welcome. Children aged 3 years and up generally engage in these sessions more readily than toddlers.

This session is not about having any level of flexibility, strength or fitness, it’s about the connection and playfulness, breathing and peaceful moments that yoga and mindfulness can bring, and that you can share together with your child/ren.
